Return or exchange policy for purchases: - When wishing to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first. - 1- The customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours of receipt, provided the product is intact and has not undergone any change. The product is shipped within 48 hours of receipt, and the customer bears the full shipping costs. The product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days. - 2- The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product before the shipment is sent. After the shipment is sent, the exchange is allowed within 4 working days, and the customer bears the full shipping costs and any price difference if applicable. - 3- If the product is defective or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 3 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs including: tracking number, shipping method, and cost. The customer then has the right to a full refund. - 4- Products included in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, except in the case of a defect in the product. See: Article 3 of the return and exchange policies. - 5- Refunds or exchanges cannot be made for perfumes before execution or after receipt. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases: 1- Refunds are not accepted after 24 hours from receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days. 2- If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason. 3- If used beyond the purpose of testing. 4- Refunds via the shopping cart, no transfer. 5- Products manufactured upon the customer's request according to specified requirements. 6- Refunds are not possible for products on discount.
